We recently had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is gorgeous, and the beach area is stunning with soft sand. However, the condition of our room left a lot to be desired, with several maintenance issues that need addressing. The staff, especially at the pool bar, were attentive and made our stay enjoyable despite the challenges they were facing post-hurricane.
